For Y'all, the 10-10-7-10 does not work well all the time, tho cheap. I think Bell may allow it only when traffic is low, as the charge shows on your Bell bill. So we use our Primus Int'l Rate, tho not that ggod as we dont have a flat monthly fee package rate as before as 10-10-7-10 usually works when mom calls her sister in Canberra.

. Better than full rates.
